Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

All items are small-batch and carefully packed. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or minor colour differences.

 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please email millifloof@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we’ll send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.

 

Refunds:

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
